After a two-year spell with feeling unwell, weight fluctuations and eating phobia, I decided to seek expert help.

I consulted GPs, naturopath and nutritionists, mainly with no success. The closer I got to a resolution was when a naturopath suggested to stay off wheat and dairy products. I tried that, but after an initial relief I quickly reverted back to my sick feeling, with nausea, bloating, diarrhea etc.
To replace the pasta, bread and cheese I used to eat, I started eating hefty portions of fruits and vegetables and that gave little respite to my growing pain. To make things worse – I started angina-like chest pain symptoms; my mornings and rest moments vanished with the onset of the chest pain.
